Geeepats — Privacy Policy

Geeepats ("we", "the app") is a cold-chain estimation and sales tool operated by Valuematic. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account & staff data: name, email, phone and role of the sales user who signs in.
• Customer / lead data your staff enter: customer name, phone, email, city and enquiry details, used to prepare cold-room estimates and quotations.
• Estimate inputs: room dimensions, product and loading details used by the calculation engine.
• Approximate location / city may be used to associate a lead with a region and to look up an address; the app does not track continuous background location.

How we use it

Data is used solely to authenticate users, generate estimates and quotations, and manage the customer pipeline for the business operating the app. We do not sell personal data and the app contains no third-party advertising.

Storage & sharing

Data is stored on our secured server (gapp.valuematic.in) and is accessible only to authorised staff of the operating business. We use Google Play services for app distribution. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service or by law.

Data retention & deletion

Records are retained for as long as the business relationship requires. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.
